Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements
The applicant must hold a Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in one of the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized university:

- Computer Science
- Business Management
- Finance / Economics
- Supply Chain
- Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc. Engineering
Experience Requirements
- General Experience: At least 10 years in project management or project implementation.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager.
- Industry Advantage: Knowledge of the sugar industry, including production, supply chain, and regulations, will be an added advantage.
- Technical Edge: Experience with Track & Trace Systems, ERP, or digital transformation projects preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Project Manager (Sugar Sector) will be responsible for leading and executing the Track and Trace System (TTS) implementation within the sugar industry.
Key duties include:
- Developing detailed project plans and ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinating with sugar manufacturers and supply chain partners.
- Monitoring progress and generating project reports.
- Managing compliance with regulations and standards.
- Supporting project audits and reporting to the Project Director.
- Facilitating communication with the Commissioner Inland Revenue.
